This role is ideal for professionals with strong analytical skills, process improvement expertise, and a passion for efficiency in warehousing and logistics.

Key Responsibilities

📌 Process Analysis & Optimization

• Assess current warehousing processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.

• Conduct time and motion studies, workflow analysis, and root cause assessments.

• Support compliance evaluations and recommend corrective actions.

📌 Operational Excellence & Technology

• Research and implement new tools, technologies, and best practices in warehousing.

• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement initiatives.

• Enhance speed, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness of warehouse operations.

📌 Collaboration & Sustainability

• Work with cross-functional teams to implement improvements.

• Contribute to sustainability initiatives through research and reporting.

• Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics.

Ideal Candidate Profile

✅ 3+ years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or process improvement.
✅ Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and data analysis methodologies.
✅ Proficient in root cause analysis and workflow optimization.
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management preferred.
✅ Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.
