The Federal Tax Authority (FTA) is the official government body responsible for the implementation, administration, and enforcement of tax laws in the UAE. The FTA works closely with various ministries and entities to ensure transparency, compliance, and public awareness regarding tax policies.
Role Overview:
The Specialist – Awareness & Education will coordinate with relevant internal and external entities to prepare reports on policies related to awareness and education. The role requires overseeing research activities, ensuring they are carried out according to approved plans, and presenting results to concerned departments.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with relevant ministry departments and external entities to prepare reports on awareness and education policies.

Collaborate with concerned departments to present research results.

Conduct field follow-ups to ensure research is implemented according to plans.

Participate in executing all plans and policies related to studies and research on awareness and education.

Identify sources of information for preparing studies on policies, strategies, and program plans related to ministry projects and submit findings to stakeholders.

Document research results and prepare technical reports on findings.

Perform any other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong research and analytical skills.

Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.

Experience in preparing reports and technical documentation.

Knowledge of public awareness and education policies is preferred.
