Job Purpose:

The Spa Therapist will be responsible for providing high-quality spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body therapies, ensuring a luxurious experience for guests. The role involves upholding hygiene standards, promoting spa services, and maintaining guest satisfaction in line with Waldorf Astoria’s luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform professional spa treatments (massage, facials, body therapies) with a focus on guest relaxation and satisfaction.
• Provide personalized home care advice to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in spa areas, locker rooms, and lounges.
• Greet and assist guests, ensuring a seamless spa experience from check-in to check-out.
• Handle spa reservations, bookings, and cancellations accurately.
• Promote spa packages and retail products to guests.
• Monitor and maintain spa equipment, audio-visual systems, and ambiance settings.
• Work closely with the Spa Manager and team members to deliver exceptional wellness services.
• Attend Hilton training programs and team meetings to stay updated on spa trends and luxury service standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

✅ Technical & Professional Skills:

• Strong expertise in various massage techniques, facials, and body treatments.
• Ability to provide tailored wellness recommendations to guests.
• Knowledge of spa equipment, health & safety guidelines, and hygiene standards.

✅ Personal Skills:

• Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle guest concerns professionally and provide solutions.
• Team player with a positive and welcoming attitude.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain luxury service standards under pressure.

✅ Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury hotel or spa.
• Certification or diploma in Spa Therapy / Massage Therapy / Beauty & Wellness.
