Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a wide range of spa treatments to the highest standards.

• Represent the brand and ensure a flawless guest journey from arrival to departure.

• Maintain service excellence by adhering to operational standards and procedures.

• Proactively prevent guest complaints and ensure effective service recovery.

• Communicate effectively with colleagues, always prioritizing guest satisfaction.

• Support in creating a welcoming, empowered, and personalized environment for guests.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Recognized qualification in Spa Therapy.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a 5-star hospitality spa environment.

• Strong command of written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus).

• High school diploma required; college degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred.

• Exceptional customer service, adaptability, resilience, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high energy and positivity.
