Coya Spa Beauty Center is seeking a Spa Therapist cum Receptionist to join its professional team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality spa treatments, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and managing front desk operations, including reservations, inquiries, and billing. This role combines hands-on spa expertise with customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform spa treatments such as massages, facials, and body therapies to professional standards.

• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and safe environment for guests.

• Identify guest needs and recommend suitable treatments or products.

• Promote spa services and retail products to enhance the guest experience.

• Greet and welcome guests, providing detailed information on services and packages.

• Handle inquiries, phone calls, emails, bookings, and walk-in customers.

• Manage daily appointment scheduling for smooth spa operations.

• Process payments, maintain guest records, and handle billing accurately.

• Monitor and maintain inventory of spa supplies and products.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as both a Spa Therapist and Receptionist, preferably in the hospitality/wellness sector.

• Strong knowledge of spa treatments, therapies, and products.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and multitasking ability.

• Fluency in English required; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
