Fairmont The Palm, a luxury resort located on Dubai’s iconic Palm Jumeirah Island, is seeking a professional Spa Receptionist to deliver exceptional guest service at Serenity Spa Dubai – The Art Of Well Being. The Spa Receptionist will assist with spa operations, guest inquiries, and retail sales, maintaining a welcoming and well-organized environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly, professional, and engaging service to all spa guests.

• Assist in the operation of spa facilities, including sauna, steam rooms, day passes, and other amenities.

• Offer detailed information about spa menus and special promotions.

• Assist guests with product information and retail purchases.

• Maintain appropriate stock levels and ensure product displays meet brand standards.

• Adhere to departmental policies, safety, and sanitation procedures.

• Report equipment malfunctions and any health and safety hazards promptly.

• Attend pre-shift briefings and hand over to supervisors or colleagues at shift end.

• Keep spa areas clean, tidy, and well-maintained.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous spa or hospitality experience preferred, with at least 1 year in a 5-star hotel spa or luxury standalone spa.

• Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Excel spreadsheets.

• Experience with Book4Time booking software is mandatory.

• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and reliability.

• Ability to remain calm, courteous, and attentive to guest needs at all times.
