Job Description

We are looking for a Thai-speaking Spa Manager to oversee one of our spa locations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be experienced, people-oriented, and passionate about delivering 5-star service in a calm and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, manage, and support a team of Thai massage and facial therapists

• Create and manage staff schedules and daily operations

• Provide training and mentoring to maintain high service standards

• Ensure smooth and exceptional customer experiences

• Handle inventory, booking systems, and customer feedback

Requirements

• Fluent in both Thai and English

• 2–3+ years’ experience in spa or wellness management

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Ability and willingness to relocate to Dubai and work full-time

• Passion for wellness and premium hospitality
