Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai is seeking a professional and personable Spa Concierge / Receptionist to join its renowned Spa & Wellness team. This full-time, on-site position is perfect for candidates with prior hospitality experience who are passionate about luxury service and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist spa guests with a warm and professional attitude.

• Book spa appointments, explain services, and handle guest inquiries.

• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.

• Perform Point of Sales activities including retail transactions.

• Ensure spa reception, retail, tea lounges, and consultation areas are clean and organized.

• Maintain accurate records, manage schedules, and respond to guest feedback.

• Uphold Mandarin Oriental’s corporate policies and service standards.

• Support events and contribute to meeting sales targets.

Requirements:

• Senior school qualification; hotel school graduates preferred.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a service environment.

• Experience in 5-star hotels or Middle East hospitality is a plus.

• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).

• Proficiency with computer systems and spa booking software.

• Outgoing, mature personality with strong interpersonal and guest service skills.
