Key Responsibilities

Spa Operations & Maintenance

• Coordinate with the spa team to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all spa areas.
• Manage laundry and linen inventory to support spa services.
• Ensure spa facilities are always prepared and presentable for guests.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and compliance regulations.

Guest Experience & Customer Service

• Welcome spa guests warmly and provide refreshments.
• Handle customer inquiries and assist with their needs.
• Ensure a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere for all guests.
• Deliver a high standard of spa cleaning and service excellence.

Inventory & Stock Management

• Assist in stock control and inventory of spa products, consumables, and linens.
• Provide reports on linen and product usage for effective resource management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education:

  • Diploma in Hospitality Management or Vocational Training in the hotel/spa industry.

• Skills & Experience:

  • Prior experience in a spa, wellness center, or hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Good command of English and excellent interpersonal skills.
