About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated female Spa Attendant to join our luxury spa team. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation and cleanliness of the spa while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Spa Operations & Hygiene Maintenance:

Support the spa team in the daily operations, ensuring seamless service.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all spa areas, following high sanitation standards.

Oversee the laundry and linen management to ensure spa supplies are readily available.

Assist in the preparation of spa refreshments and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
Guest Experience & Customer Service:

Greet and offer refreshments to spa guests, ensuring a warm and inviting environment.

Handle customer queries professionally and provide assistance with spa amenities.

Ensure the spa operates in compliance with SOP guidelines and industry regulations.
Inventory & Stock Management:

Monitor and maintain stock levels of spa products, consumables, and linens.

Assist in conducting inventory checks and report stock usage.
Skills & Qualifications
Education & Experience:

Diploma in hospitality or relevant vocational training within the hotel industry.

Previous experience in a spa, wellness center, or luxury hospitality environment is a plus.
Soft Skills & Competencies:

Fluent in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
