THE TECHNOLOGY UAE is currently hiring a skilled and detail-oriented Sound Engineer for a full-time, on-site position in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about audio engineering and sound design, with hands-on experience in managing AV systems and delivering high-quality sound experiences across various settings.

As a Sound Engineer, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining audio equipment, ensuring optimal sound quality during events, recordings, and productions. You’ll play a key role in shaping the auditory experience for clients and audiences, working closely with technical and creative teams.

Key Responsibilities:

🔊 Audio Operations & Setup

• Operate and maintain audio equipment including microphones, mixers, and AV systems.
• Set up sound systems for live events, recordings, and studio sessions.
• Ensure sound quality and acoustics are optimized for each environment.

🎧 Sound Design & Troubleshooting

• Manage sound design elements to enhance productions.
• Monitor and adjust acoustics during live or recorded sessions.
• Identify and resolve technical issues promptly to avoid disruptions.

🤝 Team Collaboration

• Work closely with production, technical, and creative teams to meet project goals.
• Communicate effectively to ensure smooth coordination during events.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency with microphones and AV systems.
• Experience in audio engineering and sound design.
• Solid understanding of acoustics and sound optimization techniques.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work on-site in Dubai.
• Degree or certification in Audio Engineering or a related field is a plus.
• Prior experience in the sound engineering industry is preferred.
