Key Responsibilities:

• Curate & Manage Wine Selection: Develop a high-quality wine list that complements authentic Italian cuisine and enhances guest experiences.
• Wine Service & Education: Expertly present and serve wines, including decanting techniques, while educating guests on flavor profiles, origins, and pairing recommendations.
• Inventory & Procurement: Maintain optimal wine stock levels, oversee storage conditions, and manage supplier relationships to ensure premium quality.
• Guest Engagement & Tastings: Provide personalized recommendations, conduct wine tastings, and enhance the overall dining ambiance with expert insights.

What We’re Looking For:

• Age: 38 years and below
• Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Sommelier in a fine-dining Italian restaurant
• Expertise: Strong knowledge of Italian wines, vineyards, and regional pairings
• Passion for Hospitality: Exceptional communication and guest engagement skills
