Procore Technologies is looking for a Solutions Engineer to join their Dubai team, where you will be responsible for providing technical pre-sales support to prospective clients in the construction industry. This role involves crafting value-based presentations, participating in product demonstrations, and working closely with sales teams to address prospects’ technical challenges. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical aptitude with experience in construction project management solutions, as well as excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own pre-sales technical support from initial contact through product demonstration and deal closure.

• Craft value-based presentations addressing client challenges and accelerate the adoption of Procore’s platform.

• Work collaboratively with the Sales Team and technical resources to resolve client issues and close new business.

• Provide ongoing training and support to Account Executives, transforming them into Procore experts.

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.

• Collaborate across teams to provide insights to Product Managers and Marketing for improved client success and product evolution.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience in sales engineering or construction project management.

• Expertise in construction technology or project management, with the ability to improve key processes.

• Experience working with strategic sales teams to address technical challenges and close new business.

• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with ambiguous data.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both in-person and virtually.
