Addepar, a global technology and data company, is seeking a Solutions Consultant to join its team in the UAE. This role involves leading and executing end-to-end implementation projects for new clients, including RIAs, Family Offices, and Private Banks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, technology, and consulting, with excellent problem-solving and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage implementation projects, ensuring a smooth transition for clients onto the Addepar platform.

• Assess and oversee add-on projects and partner delivery assurance.

• Utilize technical and industry expertise to help clients unlock the full potential of their data.

• Set, manage, and clearly communicate expectations with internal and external stakeholders.

• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful outcomes.

• Contribute to the development of scalable tools and processes as the company expands.

• Serve as a subject matter expert on the Addepar platform and its applications in the region.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Experience: Minimum 4+ years in financial services, consulting, or a related field.

• Client-Facing Skills: Previous experience in implementation or solution design.

• Communication & Organization: Excellent verbal and written skills, with strong time management abilities.

• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

• Passion for Finance & Technology: Strong interest in both domains.

• Global Collaboration: Comfortable working across time zones and with international teams.

• Technical Skills (Preferred): Experience with Python scripting/programming is a plus.

• Project Management (Bonus): Familiarity with investment management software or enterprise technology implementations.
