Job Description:
A multinational company in Sharjah specializing in defense, smart city solutions, and cybersecurity engineering services is seeking a Software & Applications Manager to oversee system updates, backend development, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage software updates, change requests, and operational support in collaboration with SRTA, STEE AD, remote teams, and vendors.
• Lead and coordinate Java-based backend development and system enhancements.
• Oversee application maintenance, including patches, troubleshooting, and system support.
• Assist in testing and deployment of software updates and new features.

Requirements:

• Age: 25 – 40 years old
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Embedded Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in IT project coordination, Java backend system management, or managed services.
• Proven experience in leading software development teams and coordinating software updates.

Salary:

AED 10,000 – 15,000 per month (all-inclusive).
