About the Role
We are looking for a Soft Services Supervisor to oversee and coordinate cleaning services and subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with contractual service levels, safety standards, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, excellent leadership skills, and a keen focus on delivering high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Service Delivery & Compliance

Ensure seamless cleaning and site services with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Monitor third-party service provider staffing levels and compliance with contract requirements.

Conduct regular audits and inspections, ensuring alignment with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Ensure compliance with UAE environmental regulations and international best practices (e.g., USGB LEED, JCI Accreditation).

Oversee subcontractors’ adherence to company policies and Code of Conduct.
🔹 Health & Safety Management

Conduct regular Health & Safety inspections, identifying and addressing risks proactively.

Ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols and conduct risk assessments as needed.

Assist in developing safe work instructions and implementing best practices.
🔹 Operations & Team Leadership

Supervise and support the cleaning team, ensuring adherence to assigned work schedules.

Provide training and resources for staff to ensure service excellence.

Assist in resolving customer complaints and service issues efficiently.

Act as the main point of contact in the absence of the Soft Services Manager.
🔹 Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of cleaning services, subcontractor performance, and safety compliance.

Support the line manager in reporting service performance, audits, and risk assessments.
Qualifications & Skills
✅ High School Diploma (BICSc or equivalent certification preferred).
✅ Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar supervisory role.
✅ At least 5 years of experience in soft services within facilities management.
✅ Strong knowledge of cleaning processes, service monitoring, and compliance standards.
✅ Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
✅ Strong interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.
✅ Flexibility to work on a rotating shift schedule (24/7 operations).
✅ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
