The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing student well-being and development, delivering therapeutic interventions, and supporting students in their personal, social, and academic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students with personal, social, behavioral, and academic growth

• Monitor student progress and coordinate with parents as needed

• Address bullying issues and provide preventative counseling

• Deliver interventions and referrals to external services when necessary

• Guide students on career options and job readiness skills

• Organize conflict resolution sessions and identify cases of abuse or social risk

• Coordinate university access and support application processes

• Maintain behavioral standards and promote a positive school environment

• Provide culturally aware counseling and monitor at-risk students

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or Education

• Must hold a valid DCD license

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

• High emotional intelligence and the ability to inspire trust and confidence

• Capable of working in diverse cultural and social contexts
