Emirates Group is seeking a Social Media Specialist to implement and manage social media strategies for sponsorships and sports marketing. This 12-month temporary contract role focuses on driving brand visibility, engagement, and storytelling across social media platforms while collaborating closely with internal teams and external agencies.
Key Responsibilities:

Execute Emirates Group social media strategy in coordination with Social Media Manager, PR, and Corporate Communications teams.

Manage day-to-day social media operations to support business objectives.

Drive visibility for major initiatives, products, and campaigns.

Develop and maintain a social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

Identify social media opportunities, create materials, and engage target audiences to enhance advocacy and brand reputation.

Manage blogger and influencer activities, including real-time trend monitoring and content pitching.

Measure and report on social media strategy effectiveness using agreed tools.

Conduct competitor research, track trends, and provide actionable business insights.

Build and maintain positive relationships with bloggers, PR managers, and agencies to support communications.

Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and emerging social media applications.
Requirements / Candidate Profile:

Degree or equivalent (preferably in Marketing or a related field).

Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing management in a multinational company, with exposure to sponsorships, events, and exhibitions.

Experience in activating and storytelling in sponsorships and sports marketing, with a keen interest in sports.

Strong project management, organizational, and supervisory skills.

Ability to work under pressure, manage high volumes, and meet tight deadlines.
