Job Description:

We are seeking a Social Media Manager to drive our client’s digital presence in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing creative social media strategies, managing paid campaigns, and engaging with the audience to generate brand awareness and leads. This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in content creation, analytics, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging multimedia content (photos, videos, graphics) to showcase services, projects, and industry insights.

• Social Media Strategy: Plan, implement, and manage social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.

• Paid Advertising: Create and optimize targeted ad campaigns to maximize engagement and lead generation.

• Community Management: Respond to inquiries, comments, and messages to build a strong, engaged online audience.

• Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to enhance digital marketing strategies.

• Market Trends & Best Practices: Stay updated with construction industry trends and evolving social media algorithms to ensure innovative content strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing, digital advertising, or PR.

• Professional certification in digital marketing or social media is an advantage.

• Proven experience managing Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

• Strong knowledge of content marketing, paid social campaigns, and audience engagement strategies.

• Experience in the construction or real estate industry is a plus.

Salary & Benefits:

• AED 5,000 – 7,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).
