Twine is seeking a creative Social Media Specialist to manage and grow a Helsinki-based beauty and aesthetic clinic’s Instagram presence. This freelance role focuses on creating content in Finnish for a local audience while handling client communication in Russian. The position starts with approximately 10 hours per month and has potential for long-term collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, create, and publish engaging Instagram posts, Stories, and Reels.

• Assist with content planning and occasional basic community management.

• Plan and execute promotions, giveaways, and campaign strategies.

• Monitor social media trends and implement best practices for engagement and follower growth.

• Communicate directly with the client in Russian for coordination and updates.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Fluency in Finnish for creating high-quality Instagram content.

• Strong communication skills in Russian.

• Proven experience managing and growing Instagram accounts, preferably in beauty, skincare, or wellness.

• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.

• Knowledge of social media trends, engagement strategies, and follower growth techniques.

• Reliable, responsive, and proactive with a collaborative approach.

• Availability for around 10 hours of work per month, with flexibility for growth.
