Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Full-Time, On-Site)

We are a dynamic and fast-growing company specializing in trust management of real estate and professional cleaning services. We are currently seeking a talented and proactive Social Media Marketing (SMM) Specialist to lead our digital presence across platforms like Instagram and TikTok.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive content plans across all major social media platforms.

• Film and edit short-form video content including Reels, Stories, promotional and behind-the-scenes clips.

• Manage Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms, ensuring consistent branding and engagement.

• Write creative captions, apply relevant hashtags, and publish content as per schedule.

• Analyze social media performance metrics to increase reach, engagement, and follower growth.

• Actively respond to DMs and comments, maintaining community interaction.

• Shoot content on location at real estate properties and cleaning service sites.

• Collaborate with the marketing team and designers to align content with overall campaigns.

• Keep up-to-date with the latest social media and visual content trends.

Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience in video shooting and editing for social platforms.

• Proficient in tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, and Canva.

• Strong creativity, initiative, and a sense of responsibility.

• A portfolio showcasing relevant previous work.

• Willingness to relocate and work full-time in our Dubai office.
