Minimalist.ae, a premium Dubai-based brand specializing in elegant watches, jewelry, handbags, perfumes, and leather goods, is seeking a Social Media Manager to lead its online presence. This full-time, on-site role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the digital voice of a growing luxury brand known for timeless Arabic numeral watches and minimalist design excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quarterly, bi-annual, and annual social media strategies and content calendars across multiple channels.

• Lead end-to-end social media campaigns focused on user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

• Copywrite content for social media platforms and email marketing (email blasts).

• Manage content calendars, asset libraries, hashtags, and special sales opportunities.

• Conduct market, competitor, and trend research to stay ahead of industry best practices.

• Oversee the design and execution of campaigns using Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, and other platforms.

• Optimize and report on campaign performance across all digital touchpoints.

Skills and Experience:

• 4 to 7 years’ experience in a managerial Digital Marketing or Social Media role, ideally in UAE-based eCommerce, luxury goods, fashion, or watches sector.

• Deep understanding of Emirati culture and customer behavior.

• Proficient in using Klaviyo, G-Suite, Hootsuite, and other social media management tools.

• Strong copywriting and content creation skills.

• Experience with graphic design software (Adobe Suite) is an advantage.

• Exceptional communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a significant plus).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field preferred.
