1inch Labs is looking for a Social Media Manager to develop and execute innovative social media strategies targeting the Web3 audience, including blockchain, DeFi, NFTs, and DAOs. This hybrid role will be based in Dubai, offering a mix of office work with Burj Khalifa views and remote work options. The ideal candidate should have a creative mindset, experience in community-building, and a deep understanding of Web3 trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Discord, Telegram, LinkedIn, etc.) with a focus on Web3 trends and community-building.

• Stay updated on blockchain, crypto, NFTs, DAOs, and DeFi developments, integrating them into the social media strategy.

• Plan and execute data-driven campaigns for brand initiatives, product launches, partnerships, and events.

• Create engaging and educational content tailored to the Web3 community (posts, threads, memes, visuals).

• Actively engage with the community, responding to queries and managing discussions to build trust.

• Collaborate with influencers, thought leaders, and key players in the Web3 space to increase reach and authority.

• Track, analyze, and optimize key social media metrics to enhance performance.

• Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and community teams to align with overall goals.

What You’ll Need:

• 3+ years in Social Media Marketing, with at least 2+ years in the Web3, blockchain, or crypto industries.

• Proven experience managing and growing social media channels (Twitter, Discord, Telegram, etc.) for Web3 projects or startups.

• Success in running data-driven social media campaigns and community management.

• Familiarity with influencer marketing in the Web3 space.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex Web3 concepts.

• Deep understanding of blockchain, crypto, DeFi, NFTs, and DAOs.

• Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite).

• Creative and able to produce engaging, platform-appropriate content.

• Data-driven, results-oriented approach with the ability to optimize strategy based on insights.

• High autonomy, adaptability, and proactive approach in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
