Job Description:
The Social Media Manager will support the founder and clients in content creation, social media management, lead generation, and business development. The role offers a fast-paced, experimental environment with opportunities to learn and grow rapidly. Candidates should be creative, resourceful, and strong in at least one type of content: either serious B2B/finance or fun, viral formats.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the founder’s personal content creation across all social channels.

• Develop LinkedIn and social media content for clients.

• Assist in lead generation, sales calls, and business development activities.

• Create reports, slide decks, and visual content (bonus if skilled in design).

• Experiment with content formats, engage audiences, and optimize performance.

• Take initiative to solve problems creatively and independently.

Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in social media management and content creation.

• Creativity, curiosity, and willingness to experiment.

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.

• Able to focus on either serious/technical content or fun/social trends content.

• Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently.
