Job Title: Social Media Manager 

Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead and execute engagement strategies across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. This role involves managing online communities, fostering brand loyalty, and driving audience engagement through impactful content and communication.

As a Social Media Manager, you will collaborate closely with marketing, design, and content teams to deliver visually consistent and timely posts that align with brand messaging. You will also be responsible for moderating online interactions, ensuring a safe and engaging community, and leveraging insights to continuously improve performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement multi-platform social media engagement strategies to strengthen brand presence and community relationships

• Build and maintain strong connections with followers, influencers, and brand advocates

• Manage a detailed content calendar and coordinate with cross-functional teams for consistent messaging

• Monitor online conversations, respond promptly to comments and messages in Arabic and English, and moderate user-generated content

• Prepare monthly reports to track performance metrics, engagement trends, and ROI

• Gather insights from community feedback to inform future campaigns

• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes to optimize results

Qualifications & Skills:

• Arabic nationals, aged 40 years and below

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in social media management with a focus on community building

• Proficient in tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English

• Creative thinker with strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Salary: Up to AED 12,000 + benefits (depending on experience and qualifications)
