Job Description:
We are seeking a Social Media Executive to manage and enhance the online presence of a government sector client in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic and have experience in Community Management and CRM. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping public engagement and brand perception through social media.
Key Responsibilities:

Actively manage and monitor social media pages, responding to fans and engaging with users.

Enhance the client’s public image through strategic social media activities.

Act as a focal point for communication, ensuring smooth interactions between the client and their audience.

Conduct social listening, monitoring, and proactive engagement to maintain brand reputation.

Implement best practices in social media management to maximize engagement and audience growth.
Requirements:

Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written).

Marketing or communication background preferred.

Proven experience in Social Media Management, Community Management, and CRM.

Strong understanding of social media trends, audience engagement strategies, and analytics tools.

Based in UAE.
Salary & Benefits:

AED 13,000 per month (potential increase after probation).
