Job Description:

We are seeking a Social Media Executive to manage and enhance the online presence of a government sector client in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic and have experience in Community Management and CRM. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping public engagement and brand perception through social media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively manage and monitor social media pages, responding to fans and engaging with users.

• Enhance the client’s public image through strategic social media activities.

• Act as a focal point for communication, ensuring smooth interactions between the client and their audience.

• Conduct social listening, monitoring, and proactive engagement to maintain brand reputation.

• Implement best practices in social media management to maximize engagement and audience growth.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written).

• Marketing or communication background preferred.

• Proven experience in Social Media Management, Community Management, and CRM.

• Strong understanding of social media trends, audience engagement strategies, and analytics tools.

• Based in UAE.

Salary & Benefits:

• AED 13,000 per month (potential increase after probation).
