Role Overview:

We are seeking a Social Media Engagement Specialist to manage and enhance client engagement across various social media platforms. This role requires active community management, real-time communication with users, and brand reputation enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:

📲 Social Media Management

  • Oversee and manage client’s social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).

  • Respond promptly to user inquiries, comments, and messages.

  • Proactively engage with audiences to enhance brand perception and public image.

🔍 Content & Community Engagement

  • Monitor and moderate online conversations, ensuring positive interactions.

  • Implement listening, monitoring, and proactive engagement strategies.

  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to drive engagement.

🎯 Client & Performance Management

  • Ensure KPI targets agreed upon with clients are met.

  • Act as a bridge between clients and their audiences, ensuring smooth communication.

  • Provide insights and recommendations based on social media analytics and engagement trends.

📢 Brand Representation & Strategy

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in social media communication.

  • Represent the company’s mission and values in all interactions.

  • Support clients in crisis communication and reputation management when needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in social media engagement, community management, or public relations.
Bilingual proficiency in English & Arabic (reading, writing, and speaking).
✔ Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and social media tools.
