This role requires creativity, video production skills, and strong knowledge of social media trends. The ideal candidate will work closely with the marketing team to develop engaging content that showcases the company’s values and projects, driving brand awareness and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, record, edit, and publish original content for TikTok and Instagram (reels, stories, vertical videos, etc.).

• Manage and maintain the content editorial calendar.

• Use professional editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.) for high-quality video production.

• Monitor and analyze social media performance (followers, engagement, views).

• Collaborate with the team to design and implement creative marketing campaigns.

• Generate innovative ideas to boost audience interaction and expand reach.

• Align content with the company’s image and real estate sector trends.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in social media content creation (TikTok & Instagram) with a portfolio.

• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.).

• Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram algorithms, trends, and engagement strategies.

• Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) is mandatory.

• Creativity, adaptability, and ability to respond quickly to emerging social media trends.

• Familiarity with analytics tools (Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics).

• Passion for digital media, content creation, and real estate.
