Masterminds VIP Micro-School, part of the prestigious Masterminds Education group with campuses in the UAE and the US, is hiring a Social Media Specialist & Content Creator to lead its digital presence. This role requires a creative, results-driven professional who can produce engaging, viral-ready content while managing a premium brand narrative across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in luxury branding, an eye for high-quality visuals, and the ability to engage diverse audiences in the UAE, US, and global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and X.

• Create, shoot, and edit professional-quality photos, videos, Reels, and TikToks tailored for digital engagement.

• Produce motion graphics, animations, and compelling short-form video content.

• Write high-quality, on-brand copy to maintain a consistent voice across platforms.

• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community engagement.

• Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics to optimize social media campaigns.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social strategy with business objectives.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• 1–3+ years’ experience in social media management and content creation.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating viral or high-engagement content, ideally for premium/luxury brands.

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom).

• Excellent copywriting and communication skills in English (Russian is an advantage).

• Experience creating content for luxury/high-net-worth audiences.

• Strong understanding of UAE and US audience behaviors and cultural nuances.

• Familiarity with analytics and social media management tools.

• Self-motivated, creative, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
