Masterminds VIP Micro-School, part of the elite Masterminds Education Group with campuses in the UAE and the US, is seeking a Social Media Specialist & Content Creator to take full ownership of its digital presence. The role involves driving engagement, crafting compelling brand narratives, and building strong communities across multiple platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and more.

This position is ideal for a creative, results-driven professional passionate about producing viral content, writing impactful copy, and designing premium digital experiences tailored to high-net-worth families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across multiple platforms.

• Build and manage a content calendar for consistent, engaging posting.

• Produce high-quality, professional videos, photos, and graphics optimized for social platforms.

• Create viral-ready short-form content such as Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts.

• Write on-brand, compelling captions and organic content aligned with the school’s tone of voice.

• Monitor comments, DMs, and mentions to engage with the community in a timely, professional way.

• Track and analyze KPIs (engagement, reach, growth, leads), providing reports and data-driven insights.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social activities with broader campaigns.

• Stay updated on algorithms, trends, and competitor activities to refine strategies.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• 1–3+ years of proven experience in social media management and content creation.

• Strong portfolio showcasing high-engagement/viral content for premium or luxury brands.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom).

• Excellent copywriting and English communication skills (Russian is an advantage).

• Deep understanding of social media algorithms, audience behavior, and luxury audience psychology.

• Experience managing content for UAE, US, and global audiences.

• Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet tight deadlines.
