Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage monthly content calendars aligned with brand strategies.

• Create engaging Reels, Stories, and short-form videos for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

• Stay updated on social media trends, platform changes, and viral content tactics.

• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to support broader campaign goals.

• Capture UGC-style content and coordinate with influencers when required.

• Analyze content performance and use insights to optimize future output.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in social media content creation.

• Proficiency in video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, InShot, etc.

• Strong grasp of social media trends, storytelling techniques, and engagement strategies.
