Twine is seeking a freelance Social Media Content Creator to produce engaging content for an afterschool program targeting teens aged 12–18. The role involves designing, editing, and publishing TikTok and Instagram posts, stories, and short videos to inspire participation in creative workshops and skill-building sessions. The creator will work remotely, following brand guidelines and creative direction, while incorporating current social media trends to maximize engagement and reach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and edit social media visuals, carousels, stories, and short-form videos for TikTok and Instagram

• Create monthly content sets that align with program objectives and branding

• Incorporate current social media trends to produce content with high engagement and viral potential

• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure content meets quality and brand standards

• Meet deadlines, with monthly deliverables due on the first Monday of each month

• Work remotely while following creative direction and brand guidelines

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong graphic design experience using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite

• Proven video editing skills with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or equivalent software

• Knowledge of TikTok and Instagram trends and youth-focused social media campaigns

• Familiarity with Dutch teen culture is a plus

• Strong communication skills and ability to manage deadlines independently

• Experience creating content for teen audiences or educational programs
