Social Investment Specialist (UAE Nationals)

The Authority of Social Contribution – Ma’an is seeking a Social Investment Specialist (UAE Nationals only) to support the planning, implementation, and reporting of social investment initiatives in Abu Dhabi. This full-time, on-site role focuses on managing social investment funds, tracking key KPIs, and ensuring measurable community impact through social projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing and implementing strategies and procedures for the social investment fund.

  • Monitor financial resources, funding sources, and allocation of investments in social projects.

  • Provide regular updates with supporting evidence on KPIs such as contributor growth, retention, and fund performance.

  • Follow up on execution of approved resources for social project investments.

  • Prepare and submit periodic reports to executive management on the fund’s social impact.

  • Conduct research to identify potential social investment opportunities, including financial, legal, and social assessments.

  • Perform risk assessments on investors and social investment funds, implementing controls to mitigate risk.

  • Consult and coordinate for the execution of decisions regarding disbursement of resources for social projects.

  • Perform other tasks as requested by the Manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • University degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant field, preferably within the social sector.

  • Strong understanding of social investment strategies, fund management, and community impact measurement.

  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of preparing structured reports.

  • Effective communication and coordination skills.
