Leru Partners, a fast-growing fintech firm focused on digital trading platforms, is looking for an experienced SOC / NOC Manager to establish and lead its 24×7 Security and Network Operations Centre in Dubai. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring a hands-on manager with a strong background in IT operations, cyber security, and network management, ideally within the fintech or high-availability digital environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and lead a world-class SOC/NOC operation from scratch

• Develop operational procedures, SLAs, and incident response playbooks

• Manage threat detection systems, logging, monitoring, and alerting tools

• Lead a team of engineers and analysts for real-time monitoring and incident response

• Oversee escalations, forensic investigations, and root cause analysis

• Collaborate with the CISO and senior leadership on KPIs and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST)

• Support DevSecOps in secure deployment of platform features

• Coordinate with cloud providers, third-party vendors, and regulators

• Maintain thorough documentation of operations and incidents

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in IT operations or security, with at least 3 years in a managerial role

• Experience in fintech, banking, or similar high-availability digital environments

• Expertise in SIEM, IDS/IPS, cloud security, and monitoring/logging tools

• Deep knowledge of cybersecurity threat management and incident handling

• Hands-on with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP

• Strong leadership, communication, and crisis management skills

• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC are preferred

• Familiarity with financial services regulatory frameworks is a plus
