Key Responsibilities

🌿 Promote and sell Wellnesay’s luxury Japanese skincare products with a focus on customer education.
🧴 Educate clients on the benefits of key ingredients like rice bran oil, green tea, and hyaluronic acid.
💼 Build long-term customer relationships by offering personalized skincare solutions.
📈 Achieve and exceed sales targets through customer engagement and upselling strategies.
📢 Stay updated on skincare trends, particularly in Japanese beauty, and share insights with customers.
🎁 Assist with promotional events and product launches to enhance brand awareness.
🛍️ Ensure product displays are visually appealing and effectively highlight Wellnesay’s offerings.

What You Bring

✔️ Proven sales experience in skincare, beauty, or wellness.
✔️ Passion for Japanese skincare and knowledge of skincare ingredients.
✔️ Strong communication & interpersonal skills to engage and educate customers.
✔️ Target-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
✔️ Organizational skills & attention to detail in managing inventory and displays.
✔️ Bachelor’s degree or diploma (additional education in skincare or beauty is a plus).

Preferred Qualifications

🌟 Experience in high-end or luxury skincare sales.
🌟 Knowledge of Japanese beauty rituals and skincare ingredients.
🌟 Certification in esthetics, cosmetology, or skincare.
🌟 Previous experience with Japanese skincare brands is an advantage.
