The ideal candidate will have a passion for skincare and a blend of technical skills and a holistic approach to skin health. Role Description:

We are seeking Skin Therapists with extensive knowledge of skincare and experience in delivering skin revision treatments. The role requires proficiency in a variety of skin treatments along with the ability to provide personalized skin assessments and consultations. A holistic approach to skin health is key in this role, as well as a focus on client satisfaction and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough skin assessments and consultations to create personalized treatment plans.

• Administer advanced skin revision treatments such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, microneedling, and LED therapy.

• Apply holistic techniques to improve skin health and provide relaxation for clients.

• Educate clients on post-treatment care, product recommendations, and skin-supportive lifestyle choices.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe treatment environment following health and safety regulations.

• Foster strong client relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat visits.

• Collaborate with team members to provide an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications:

• Required Certifications:

  • VTCT

  • CIBTAC

  • CIDESCO

  • NVQ L3 (or equivalent)

  • ITEC

• Preferred:

  • DHA certification (not essential)

• Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years in the industry.
