Position: Site Surveyor

KEO International Consultants is seeking a detail-oriented Site Surveyor to join its award-winning project delivery team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a seasoned survey professional with strong technical expertise in infrastructure and roadworks. You will be part of one of the most respected and recognized AEP/PMCM firms in the Middle East, consistently ranked among the world’s top design and project management consultancies.

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

• Attend and perform site inspections for survey and setting-out works daily.

• Validate and monitor the contractor’s survey operations and review drawings.

• Implement construction specifications and ensure site compliance with technical standards.

• Prepare detailed daily reports with written observations and photographs.

• Review shop drawings for accuracy and detect conflicts with existing site conditions.

• Assist the Senior Surveyor in stakeholder communication and technical clarifications.

• Monitor and report on site safety issues related to surveying activities.

• Participate in technical, quality, safety, and progress meetings.

• Proactively identify potential surveying-related site issues to minimize delays.

✅ Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in surveying on major civil/infrastructure projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering or surveying field.

• Strong understanding of construction standards, shop drawings, and surveying best practices.

• Proficiency in survey instruments and documentation procedures.

• Based in UAE with availability for immediate or short-notice start.
