Job Title: Site Supervisor 

Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced Site Supervisor to lead an apartment renovation project with a strong focus on MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and interior finishing works. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing construction sites, coordinating with labor teams and vendors, and ensuring high-quality execution of technical and aesthetic tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily on-site renovation activities and ensure tasks are completed on schedule

• Manage and monitor MEP installations including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems

• Oversee interior finishing work: false ceilings, tile laying, plastering, and painting

• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with project standards and specifications

• Prepare and submit daily progress and site activity reports

• Enforce safety practices and maintain site cleanliness and order

• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth operations

• Resolve technical issues efficiently and ensure minimal disruption to workflow

• Manage labor teams and material requirements on-site

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in site supervision, particularly in apartment renovation or residential fit-outs

• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and interior finishing techniques

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and Bills of Quantities (BOQs)

• Proficient in quality control, inspection, and safety compliance

• Effective communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills

• Capable of managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

• Training or certification in MEP systems is an advantage

• Prior experience in renovation or interior fit-out projects preferred

Technical Skills:

• Supervision of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)

• Finishing work supervision: tiles, plaster, ceiling, paint

• Reading construction drawings and AutoCAD familiarity

• Site quality control and inspection

• BOQ understanding and material takeoff

• On-site safety and basic troubleshooting for plumbing/electrical

• Project coordination and reporting

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 3–7 years

• Nationality: India, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines

• Age Range: 20–38 years
