Job Summary:
They are currently hiring a Site Supervisor to manage daily operations at their water sports location on Marjan Island. The ideal candidate will supervise all water sports activities, manage on-site staff, and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all water sports activities including parasailing, jet skiing, and boat tours

• Supervise and support a team of instructors, lifeguards, and equipment handlers

• Enforce safety protocols and ensure full regulatory compliance

• Handle on-site customer bookings, inquiries, and complaints

• Monitor and schedule maintenance of all equipment

• Conduct daily team briefings and staff training sessions

• Maintain accurate incident and operations logs

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in water sports or outdoor recreation roles

• Strong leadership and effective communication skills

• First Aid/CPR certification is preferred

• Ability to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment

• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
