WADI ALSAHAB FOR MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCIES CO., a leading management consultancy specializing in construction project management across residential, commercial, and infrastructure sectors in the UAE, is seeking a seasoned Site Supervisor. The role involves overseeing daily on-site construction activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards. The Site Supervisor will coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and labor forces, enforce health and safety regulations, and collaborate closely with project teams to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction site operations, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and client requirements.

• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and workforce to optimize workflow and meet schedule milestones.

• Conduct regular site inspections, enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations, and address safety hazards promptly.

• Monitor material deliveries, inventory, and usage to prevent delays and cost overruns.

• Collaborate with Project Managers and site engineers to resolve technical challenges and implement corrective measures.

• Prepare detailed daily progress reports documenting site activities, labor deployment, and milestones.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor on mid-to-large scale construction projects in the UAE.

• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, OSHA/EHS safety regulations, and quality control processes.

• Proven leadership skills with experience managing subcontractors and on-site teams.

• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic proficiency is a plus.

• Proficient in MS Office and project management software such as MS Project or Primavera P6.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional certifications like PMP, NEBOSH, or equivalent.

• Experience liaising with consultants, government authorities, and approval bodies in the UAE.

• Familiarity with sustainable construction practices and LEED accreditation standards.
