About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Site/Project Architect to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role requires a blend of creativity and technical expertise to oversee architectural aspects of construction projects, ensuring top-tier quality, compliance, and seamless execution. You will collaborate with clients, contractors, and design teams to bring innovative architectural visions to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design and execution from concept to completion across various construction projects.

• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure project objectives and timelines are met.

• Conduct site visits to oversee construction progress and ensure adherence to architectural plans, quality standards, and safety regulations.

• Review and approve architectural drawings, design modifications, and specifications.

• Ensure strict compliance with UAE building codes, zoning laws, and industry regulations throughout project execution.

• Prepare and present project reports, documentation, and stakeholder updates.

• Work closely with structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers to deliver integrated design solutions.

• Mentor and guide junior architects and interns, fostering professional growth and development.

• Participate in project meetings, contributing architectural insights to enhance project efficiency and execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s degree is a plus).

• 10+ years of total experience, with a minimum of 5 years in architectural design and project management, preferably in the UAE or Middle East.

• Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant tools).

• Strong knowledge of UAE building regulations, construction codes, and industry best practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and perform under tight deadlines.

• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and architectural aesthetics.

• Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).

Salary & Benefits:

• AED 16,000 – 18,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).
