Position Overview:

A leading international Architectural & Design Supervision Consultancy in Dubai is seeking a Site Interior Architect (Technical) to join their team for an iconic new development. This role is suited for a seasoned professional with 7–10 years of experience in technical design supervision, interior architecture, and site coordination across high-value projects in the UAE.

The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge, a proactive site presence, and a history of working in a client-facing, consultancy-based supervision role on prestigious interior fit-out and architecture-led developments.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Project Supervision & Execution

• Oversee the implementation of interior design concepts on-site, ensuring all technical deliverables meet quality and compliance standards.

• Lead on-site coordination, quality assurance, and review of sub-consultant and contractor works.

• Manage snagging, punch lists, and handover documentation in collaboration with project stakeholders.

🔹 Design Compliance & Detailing

• Ensure all design documentation adheres to UAE codes, authority guidelines, and project-specific standards.

• Lead the technical detailing of all interior architecture elements from concept to completion.

• Review and approve drawing packages, NOC schedules, and material submissions for accuracy and compliance.

🔹 Project Coordination

• Coordinate with MEP, structural, and architectural teams to integrate all disciplines into cohesive site implementation.

• Represent the consultancy in client meetings, site inspections, and authority engagements.

• Support the PD in tracking resources, timelines, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.

🔹 Documentation & Reporting

• Assist in developing and updating the brief, NBS specification, and project compliance reports.

• Maintain project tracking systems including QSP (Quality System Procedures), NOC schedules, and authority approvals.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.

• 7–10 years of UAE experience in interior design/site architecture with a recognized architectural consultancy.

• Proven experience on large-scale, technically complex projects within the UAE.

• Strong proficiency in Revit and BIM coordination workflows.

• Excellent written and spoken English with strong client-facing and reporting skills.

• Demonstrated ability to lead on-site project supervision and technical review processes.

• Available for immediate joining is highly preferred.

Salary & Benefits:

AED 22,000 – 27,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)
