L-circle UAE is seeking an experienced Site Foreman to oversee and manage day-to-day site operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising labor teams, coordinating with procurement, managing client communications, and ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with quality standards. This role requires strong technical expertise in interpreting construction drawings, excellent leadership skills, and a proactive approach to solving on-site challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities, assign tasks, and track progress to ensure adherence to project plans and timelines.

• Read and interpret construction drawings to ensure work is performed as per design and specifications.

• Hire, allocate, and manage labor resources to optimize productivity.

• Conduct site visits with clients, address concerns, and provide project updates.

• Prepare and monitor material requirements; report shortages in advance.

• Coordinate with procurement teams for timely delivery of materials and tools.

• Ensure all work complies with quality standards and safety regulations.

• Provide regular reports on progress, challenges, and completion status to the Project Manager.

• Resolve on-site issues promptly to prevent project delays.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Foreman or in a similar supervisory role within the construction, interior fit-out, or related industry.

• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.

• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.

• Diploma or certification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).

• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
