🏢 About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and experienced MEP Site Engineer to join our dynamic team for projects across the UAE. You will play a key role in ensuring that all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works are executed efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the project program on-site according to approved design, quality, and time specifications.

• Review project drawings, estimate material and manpower requirements, and coordinate with the Purchase Department for timely procurement.

• Track and report project progress against planned timelines and flag discrepancies for corrective action.

• Manage site activities, supervise workforce and subcontractors, and resolve technical or manpower-related challenges.

• Liaise regularly with site management to ensure adherence to project schedules.

• Conduct and document quality inspections in collaboration with the QC Inspector.

• Oversee site demobilization at project completion and compile relevant reports.

• Execute snag lists issued by consultants and ensure timely project handover.

• Guide and motivate team members, providing development and support for career growth.

✅ Desired Candidate Profile

• 2–3 years of UAE experience in interior contracting or construction

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Mechanical or Civil Engineering

• Strong understanding of MEP systems and project coordination

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
