Job Title: Site Engineer Joinery

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Site Engineer to join our fit-out and joinery company. The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of fit-out and joinery projects while ensuring high-quality standards and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

🛠 Project Execution & Site Supervision

• Oversee all production activities from project initiation to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, meeting quality and technical standards.
• Supervise site installations and guide teams on technical issues.

👷‍♂️ Team & Client Coordination

• Work closely with clients to provide technical solutions and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of worker hours and project materials.
• Lead joinery staff, providing guidance on technical aspects of fit-out projects.

📑 Project Monitoring & Reporting

• Track project progress, including materials used and time management.
• Prepare and present production status reports.

Requirements:

✔ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
✔ Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in high-end interior fit-out projects in the Gulf region.
✔ Technical Expertise: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately.
✔ Leadership Skills: Strong ability to guide and manage joinery staff on-site.
✔ Client Interaction: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
✔ Mandatory Requirement: UAE Driving License.
✔ Industry-Specific Experience: Only applicants with joinery experience will be considered.
