MENA-Water is hiring a Site Engineer – Electrical & Automation to oversee electrical systems installation, testing, and commissioning at project sites. This role requires hands-on field experience, technical coordination, and client interface to ensure efficient and compliant project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure site activities comply with MENA-Water safety and quality standards.

• Support the engineering team in preparing electrical layout drawings and site documentation.

• Identify material and manpower requirements based on site needs.

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, field technicians, and clients.

• Attend client meetings and address project execution issues.

• Develop and update electrical layouts, cable schedules, and test reports.

• Conduct automation system testing and troubleshoot errors.

• Supervise electrical installations and ensure alignment with project plans.

• Perform I/O loop testing, startup, and commissioning activities.

• Guide field teams in the installation and wiring of instruments such as transmitters and valves.

• Ensure accurate documentation of all development and testing activities.

Required Skills:

• Ability to prepare and interpret electrical drawings, cable schedules, and technical documents.

• Familiarity with field instruments and control systems (Flow/Pressure/Level Transmitters, Valves, etc.).

• Hands-on experience in commissioning, loop checking, and automation troubleshooting.

• Strong coordination and communication abilities.

• Knowledge of industry regulations and safety compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

• 3–5 years of relevant site engineering experience in electrical and automation domains.
