Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer to join our construction project team in the UAE. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that all on-site activities run smoothly and align with the project scope, schedule, and safety standards. The Site Engineer will act as a bridge between office-based planning and on-site execution, collaborating with architects, contractors, and third-party engineers for seamless operations and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and consultants to ensure compliance with project specifications

• Conduct regular site inspections and enforce quality control measures

• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and resolve issues as they arise

• Ensure all activities adhere to safety regulations and industry standards

• Coordinate between office, site, client, and third-party engineering teams

Key Skills

• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Team-oriented with excellent coordination abilities

• Proficient in engineering software and MS Office Suite

• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field

• 3–5 years of relevant on-site experience in the UAE

• Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred

• Familiarity with local regulations and safety protocols
