Job Title: Site Engineer 

Overview:

We are looking for a Site Engineer passionate about interior design and construction to join our team in Dubai. This role is essential in ensuring projects are executed efficiently, maintaining quality, safety, and adherence to design specifications and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management – Oversee and manage daily site operations to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion.

• Design Implementation – Collaborate with architects and designers to accurately interpret and execute design plans.

• Site Inspections – Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety regulations.

• Documentation & Reporting – Prepare project reports, schedules, and budgets, ensuring all records are up-to-date.

• Supplier & Contractor Coordination – Work closely with subcontractors and suppliers for the timely delivery of materials and services.

• Technical Issue Resolution – Identify and resolve challenges that arise during the construction process.

• Quality Control – Implement and enforce quality assurance measures to uphold the highest industry standards.

• Stakeholder Communication – Provide regular updates to clients, designers, and other stakeholders, addressing concerns proactively.

• Project Meetings – Participate in discussions on project progress, challenges, and potential solutions.

• Industry Awareness – Stay updated on the latest trends, materials, and best practices in interior design and construction.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Technical Proficiency – Expertise in AutoCAD and other design software.

• Construction Knowledge – Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building regulations.

• Project Management – Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and coordinate with multiple teams.

• Blueprint Interpretation – Capable of reading and analyzing technical drawings.

• Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to identify issues and provide practical solutions.

• Time & Organizational Management – Effectively handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Interpersonal & Communication Skills – Ability to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Candidate:

• Experience: 1 – 5 years in a similar role.
