Company Overview:
+971 Architects is a leading architectural firm engaged in high-profile projects across the UAE. We are urgently looking to hire two (2) experienced Site Architect Engineers to join our project teams in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Role Overview:
The Site Architect Engineer will oversee on-site architectural works, ensuring adherence to design specifications, construction timelines, and quality standards. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in architectural and structural site work, civil and MEP coordination, and project supervision in the UAE construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate architectural site activities and construction processes.

• Ensure design implementation aligns with project specifications and approved drawings.

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including structural, civil, and MEP engineers.

• Monitor work progress, ensure quality control, and resolve on-site issues.

• Conduct site inspections and prepare regular project reports.

• Maintain compliance with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards.

• Provide support to the Project Manager, and potentially take on project management duties when required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4–5 years of relevant work experience in the UAE.

• Strong knowledge and experience in Architectural, Structural, Site Construction, Civil, and MEP coordination.

• Prior experience as a Project Manager is a strong advantage.

• Arabic speaking is required.

• Location: United Arab Emirates

• Languages: Arabic (mandatory)

• Experience: 4–5 years minimum in the UAE
