Job Title: Site Administrator (QA/QC & Materials)
Employment Type: Full-Time (3-Month Contract via J10 Consulting)

Job Overview:
Our Tier-One Main Contracting client is seeking an experienced Site Administrator to oversee QA/QC and materials logs for large-scale construction and interior fit-out projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site administration, document control, and project coordination within a main contracting or interior fit-out company.
This role is available for immediate joining and will be outsourced through J10 Consulting on an initial 3-month contract.
Key Responsibilities:

QA/QC & Material Documentation: Maintain daily reports, logs, and correspondence.

Project Coordination: Update schedules, track compliance reports, and manage material deliveries.

Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between site management, contractors, and suppliers.

Administrative Support: Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and manage records.

Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain training records.

Procurement & Inventory: Track material usage, manage supply levels, and oversee procurement schedules.

Site Organization: Allocate resources efficiently and support audits and inspections.
Requirements:

Education: High school diploma (certifications in administration/project management preferred).

Experience: 2+ years in site administration within the construction industry.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of construction software is a plus.

Soft Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Attention to Detail: Ability to manage documentation and compliance efficiently.
